These terms govern your use of the Outcome Lab website and of the software integrations we operate, including Troy Method Dashboard, our private HighLevel marketplace integration, and Syncline, our Aircall ↔ HighLevel call-logging integration. By using the website or installing one of our integrations, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Outcome Lab provides consulting, software, and AI implementation services to clients under separate written service agreements. Where these terms and a signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls.

Troy Method Dashboard

• Troy Method Dashboard is a private integration intended exclusively for clients working with Outcome Lab and its partners. It is not offered for general public use, and installation by anyone else is unauthorized.
• The integration is read-only with respect to your HighLevel account: it receives conversation event notifications and does not send messages, modify contacts, or write data back into HighLevel.
• You may uninstall the integration from a sub-account at any time, which immediately stops event delivery for that location.
• Use of the integration is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Syncline

• Syncline is a subscription product offered publicly through the HighLevel App Marketplace. Plans, pricing, and free-trial terms are shown at install time and billed through the marketplace; you can cancel by uninstalling the app from your sub-account.
• Syncline writes data into your HighLevel account on your behalf — specifically, native call records for your Aircall calls, and contacts for unknown callers. It acts only within the permissions you approve at install.
• Syncline depends on your own Aircall subscription and on the accuracy of the phone-number mapping you configure with us. You are responsible for your obligations to Aircall and to HighLevel under their respective terms.
• Uninstalling Syncline stops call logging for that sub-account immediately. Data deletion requests are honored as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or software — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, probing or disrupting our systems, or using them to violate applicable law (including communications and healthcare-privacy regulations that apply to your own use of connected platforms).

Intellectual property

The website, our software, and our integrations are owned by Outcome Lab. Client data remains the client's. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership in either direction.

Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is." Except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement, we make no warranties — express or implied — about availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Third-party platforms our integrations connect to (such as HighLevel and Aircall) are operated by their own vendors under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outcome Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or integrations. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose, except where a signed service agreement provides otherwise.
