Does the free trial charge me?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. HighLevel asks for a payment method at install, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — and you can uninstall any time before then.
Do you charge per call or per SMS?
No. Syncline is a flat monthly price. We never meter your calls.
Will my Call Status workflows really fire?
Yes — Syncline writes true call records through HighLevel's conversation provider system, not notes or custom fields. Workflows react to them the same way they react to calls from the built-in dialer.
I'm switching from another Aircall integration. How painful is it?
