Switching from Airlinx? Same call records. Flat price.
If what you use Airlinx for is getting Aircall calls into HighLevel and firing your workflows, you're paying $99 a month plus two cents a call for it. Syncline does that job for $39, $79 or $149 flat — and never meters a call.
Airlinx pricing and features checked October 2, 2026 against its pricing page and usage guide. Airlinx is a product of BlackBull.ai; Outcome Lab is not affiliated.
What it costs
Every Syncline plan includes every feature. The only thing that changes is how many locations you connect.
What you get — and what you'd give up
Check the features you rely on before switching. Aircall SMS/MMS, transcripts, and AI summaries are not supported by Syncline.
The migration, in five steps
Minutes, not days. Your Aircall account and your HighLevel data are untouched throughout.
Install Syncline
From the HighLevel App Marketplace. Pick the accounts you want, approve the permissions. About a minute. Your trial starts now; nothing is charged for 14 days.
Connect Aircall
Click Connect with Aircall and approve Syncline on Aircall's own sign-in screen. Select the numbers you want logged. No API keys, no webhook setup.
Map your numbers
The wizard lists every Aircall number and asks which account each one logs to. Nothing saves until you hit Save, and you can come back and remap any time.
Place one test call
Call any mapped number from your cell and let it ring out. Within seconds the contact has a missed-call record and a syncline-missed-call tag. That's your proof.
Choose one logger for normal use
Move the intended workflows to syncline-* tags and test for duplicate actions. Retire Airlinx only when call logging is verified and any SMS or other features you need remain covered. Confirm retention or export needs with your old provider before uninstalling.
Switching questions
Will I lose the call history Airlinx already logged?
Syncline does not delete existing HighLevel call history. Before uninstalling Airlinx, confirm any retention or export requirements with Airlinx, especially for recording access.
Can both run at the same time?
A brief test overlap can produce duplicate call records and automations. Verify a test call and its workflow, then choose one logger for those numbers before normal use. Keep any SMS or other features you still need covered before uninstalling an app.
My workflows use Airlinx's triggers. What changes?
Swap the trigger for Contact Tag → Tag added with the matching syncline-* tag: syncline-missed-call, syncline-answered-call, or syncline-voicemail. Syncline removes the tag a minute after applying it, so the workflow fires again on the next call. Do not rely on HighLevel's built-in Call Status trigger for Syncline records; verify each migrated workflow with a test call.
I rely on sending SMS from HighLevel through Aircall.
Keep a service that supports that feature. Syncline supports call logging, recording links, and outcome tags; it does not send Aircall SMS/MMS. A Syncline-triggered text-back uses your own HighLevel messaging service and its charges. Choose based on the features available today.
Will you do the migration for me?
Yes, free on every plan. Email [email protected] with a time that suits you and we'll map your numbers and rewire your workflows together on a short call.
Keep the call records. Drop the per-call fees.
