Launching on the HighLevel App Marketplace

Leave your email and we'll send you the install link the day it's live.

Your team won't switch phone systems. They shouldn't have to.

HighLevel's automation is excellent — right up until it can't see the calls your team actually makes. Porting numbers to a new dialer is the usual answer, and it's the reason so many rollouts stall. Ringline takes the other route: your numbers, your RingCentral apps, your habits stay exactly as they are, and HighLevel gets a complete, workflow-ready record of every conversation.

Live in three steps

1

Install from the HighLevel App Marketplace

Pick the sub-accounts you want, approve the permissions, done. Takes about a minute.

2

Connect RingCentral

Click one button and approve on RingCentral's consent screen. No API keys, no copying credentials, nothing to configure inside RingCentral. Prefer hands-off? White-glove setup is free on every plan.

3

Calls start logging

That's it. Every call flows into HighLevel automatically, tagged with its outcome, and your workflows take it from there.

What Ringline does

Every call, logged in seconds

Inbound and outbound RingCentral calls land on the right HighLevel contact as native call records — answered, missed, or voicemail — moments after the call ends.

Outcomes that fire your workflows

Records carry real outcomes: completed, no answer, or voicemail. Ringline also tags the contact with the outcome — so a Contact Tag workflow trigger runs your missed-call text-back, follow-up sequence, or pipeline update within seconds.

One-click connect, no API keys

You never copy a credential. Click Connect RingCentral, approve the permissions on RingCentral's own consent screen, and you're done — the same OAuth sign-in you already use.

Recordings and duration attached

Each record includes call duration and a secure link to the RingCentral recording, right in the conversation timeline where your team already works.

No call is ever orphaned

Unknown callers become contacts automatically — with their phone number — so every conversation has a home from the very first ring.

Questions, answered

Does the free trial charge me?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. HighLevel asks for a payment method at install, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — and you can uninstall any time before then.

Do you charge per call or per minute?

No. Ringline is a flat monthly price. We never meter your calls.

Do I have to move my numbers to HighLevel?

No — that's the whole point. Your numbers stay on RingCentral, your team keeps using the RingCentral apps they already know, and HighLevel gets a complete record of every call. Nothing to port, no new dialer to learn.

Can HighLevel workflows react to these calls?

Yes. Ringline writes true call records through HighLevel's conversation provider system, and it tags the contact with the call outcome — ringline-missed-call, ringline-answered-call, or ringline-voicemail. You build workflows on the Contact Tag trigger (Tag added), which is how HighLevel exposes automation to marketplace apps: its built-in Call Status trigger only sees calls placed through HighLevel's own phone system, so every third-party call integration works this way. The tag is removed automatically a minute later, so the next call fires your workflow again.

Which RingCentral plans work?

Any RingCentral plan that includes the standard calling API — that covers RingEX across the usual tiers. You connect as an account administrator so Ringline can see the account's numbers and call log.

What does Ringline access in my accounts?

On the RingCentral side: read your phone numbers, read the call log, receive call events, and fetch recordings — read-only, and we never place calls on your behalf. On the HighLevel side: five narrow permissions — reading conversations, writing call records, reading contacts, creating/updating contacts for unknown callers, and reading your sub-account names so setup is crystal clear. Details in our privacy policy.

How do I disconnect?

Open your setup link and click Disconnect RingCentral. Ringline removes its event subscription from your RingCentral account, deletes the stored tokens, and clears your number mapping in one step. Reconnect any time.
