Ringline Support
Ringline support is handled by the people who built it — no ticket queues, no tiers. Most questions are answered in minutes during business hours.
Contact
- Email: [email protected] — we answer fast, and always within one business day.
- Phone: +1 (877) 729-1560.
- Setting up for the first time? The setup guidewalks through the whole install in about three minutes — and white-glove setup is free on every plan if you'd rather we do it with you.
When reporting an issue, include
- The HighLevel sub-account name the call should have logged to,
- The RingCentral number involved and the approximate time of the call,
- What you expected (e.g. "a missed call at 2:10 PM isn't on the contact's timeline").
That's enough for us to trace the exact call on our side — no need to paste recordings or contact details into email.
Common questions
A call didn't log
Reopen your setup link and check that the number is mapped to a sub-account. Calls on unmapped numbers are held and flagged — never silently dropped — so once you map the number, email us and we'll replay anything that was held.
Calls log, but my workflow doesn't fire
Check the trigger. Automation on logged calls runs off Contact Tag → Tag addedwith one of Ringline's outcome tags (ringline-missed-call, ringline-voicemail, ringline-answered-call) — notHighLevel's Call Status / Call Details trigger, which only fires for calls placed through HighLevel's own phone system. Also confirm the workflow is published in the same sub-account the calls log to, and that tagging is enabled in your setup wizard. Full recipe in the setup guide.
The recording is missing from a call record
Recordings attach automatically once RingCentral finishes processing them, usually within a few minutes of the call ending. Ringline serves them through a secure link rather than copying your audio anywhere — which means a recording stays available exactly as long as your RingCentral retention policy keeps it. If one is still missing after an hour, send us the details above.
Calls logged for a while, then stopped
Almost always a lapsed connection to RingCentral. Ringline renews its access and its event subscription automatically and alerts us when a renewal fails, but if you spot it first: reopen your setup link and click Connect RingCentralagain — one approval and you're back. Anything held while the connection was down can be replayed; just ask.
I need to change or disconnect my RingCentral account
Open your setup link and click Disconnect RingCentral — Ringline removes its event subscription from your RingCentral account, deletes the stored tokens, and clears your number mapping in one step. Run the wizard again to connect a different account.
Do you place calls or change anything in RingCentral?
No. Ringline's RingCentral access is read-only apart from managing its own event subscription: it reads your numbers, reads the call log, receives call-ended events, and fetches recordings. It never places, answers, transfers, or records calls, and it never changes your RingCentral configuration.
How do I stop data flowing entirely?
Uninstall Ringline from the sub-account via the HighLevel App Marketplace. Call logging for that location stops immediately, and you can ask us to delete stored data whenever you like — see the Privacy Policy.
Billing and plans
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and pricing is flat — no per-minute usage fees. Plan changes and cancellation happen through the HighLevel App Marketplace; email us if anything about your bill looks off and we'll sort it out.
Using Aircall too?
Syncline is the same integration for Aircall, with its own support page. The two run independently — you can install either, or both.
